I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, just down the street from the boardwalk and with a beautiful view of the beach. The rooms were cozy with two queen beds, delicious cookies, a comfortable bed, and a TV; plus, the service was fantastic. The service is impeccable with a warm welcome drink and pet amenities available. The location is more than decent, just down the street from the famous Santa Cruz boardwalk and close to the ocean. The dining experience is top-notch with fresh orange juice and plenty of options. Overall, a fantastic stay!
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The location is superb, being down the street from the boardwalk and close to various attractions. The rooms are cozy and come with delightful cookies, although I wish the balcony had better views. The service was excellent, and I appreciated the housekeeping and welcome drink. The dining options were plentiful, especially the delicious cream cakes. However, the facilities could be more modern, but the value for the price paid was fair.
